
I was born in 1970 in Kaman district of Kırşehir province. After graduating from Bursa Işıklar Military High School, I started my current professional life education at Ankara GATA Faculty of Medicine. I graduated from GATA Faculty of Medicine in 1994. After my compulsory military service in Şırnak Military Hospital between 1994-1997, I completed my ophthalmology education at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital Ophthalmology service and graduated in 2000.
After working in various military hospitals in Ankara between 2000-2003, I worked as a clinical observer and research fellow in the field of glaucoma under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Deepak Edward at UIC University in Illinois, United States of America.
After 2004, after working as an ophthalmologist in military institutions and organisations in Ankara and Izmir, I retired voluntarily as of 2015. I still continue to practice my profession in a private health institution in addition to state service.
As an active member of the Turkish Ophthalmological Association, I apply my knowledge and experience in daily patient practice and interventional treatments of cataract, glaucoma, uvea, strabismus, eyelid aesthetics and retinal diseases as my private practice areas.
I continue my scientific studies presented in national and international meetings, panels and congresses and my articles and case reports in these fields in parallel with the development of current treatment methods and technological equipment.
